Dolya

Privacy Policy

Effective 30 October 2026

Dolya is a mobile app that answers yes or no: you think of a question, tap the screen, and the app shows an answer. This policy explains what information the app and the services it relies on collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Dolya app on iOS and Android.

Who we are

Dolya is made by Newgarden Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). For anything about your data, write to newgardensolutionsllc@gmail.com.

The short version

What we collect, and why

On your device only

How many decisions you have made today and when the last one was (for the daily limit), how many decisions you have made in total (to decide when to ask for a rating), and your settings: decide on open, vibration and light or dark appearance. This information is never sent to us or anyone else, and is removed when you delete the app.

Analytics

Google Analytics for Firebase records how the app is used: that it was opened, which screens were viewed (the main screen, Settings, Unlimited), each decision and whether it was yes or no, when the daily limit is reached, and purchases (product and price). It also receives an app-instance identifier (a random identifier for this installation), device model, operating-system version, app version, language and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address.

Collection of the advertising identifier is turned off, and on iOS the app never asks for permission to track, so analytics are not linked to your advertising identifier or to other apps.

Why: to understand how people use Dolya and which languages and features matter, so it can be improved.

Crash reports

Firebase Crashlytics receives a report when the app crashes or hits an error: the technical trace, device model, operating-system version, app version, a Crashlytics installation identifier, and a short log of what the app did just before (for example, that a decision was made or that the store could not be reached).

Why: to find and fix bugs.

Purchases

Dolya is bought on the App Store or Google Play, and unlimited decisions is a one-time in-app purchase. Payments are handled entirely by the store; we never see your card or payment details. RevenueCat, which manages the in-app purchase for us, receives your purchase history, the store's receipt, a random RevenueCat identifier, and basic device and app information (platform, operating-system version, app version, language and IP address).

Why: to unlock unlimited decisions and restore them on a new device.

Ratings, sharing and links

The rating prompt is shown by Apple or Google, and what you write goes to them, not us. When you share Dolya, your phone's share sheet sends the message; we do not see what you share or with whom. Links to the stores, Instagram and Facebook open those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Who receives it

We share information only with the service providers named above, who process it for us:

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where data leaves the EEA or UK, they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Because we do not know who you are, we may ask for details such as the date of a purchase so we can find your data.

Children

Dolya is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete any information we can find.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum the app needs.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app.
