Dolya

Terms of Use

Effective 30 October 2026

These terms, which also serve as the end-user licence agreement, are an agreement between you and Newgarden Solutions LLC ("we", "us") for the Dolya app. By downloading or using Dolya you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. Answers are for fun

Dolya's answers are random. They are meant to help you get past small, everyday dilemmas, and they are not advice. Do not rely on Dolya for medical, legal, financial, safety or any other important decisions. You are responsible for what you decide and what you do.

2. Who can use Dolya

If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Dolya on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as permitted by the rules of the store you got it from. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you, including all rights in the app's code, design and name.

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, and not to get around the daily limit or the purchase by altering the app or using software that does.

4. The daily limit and unlimited decisions

The app includes a number of decisions per day, counted on your device. Unlimited decisions is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored with Settings → Restore purchases.

5. Purchases

The app and the in-app purchase are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including their refund policies. Except where the law or the store's policy says otherwise, purchases are final. If a purchase does not arrive, try Restore purchases and then contact us.

6. Updates and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. Checking and restoring a purchase needs an internet connection and third-party services that may not always be available; without them, the daily limit applies until the purchase can be confirmed.

7. Ending the licence

You can stop using Dolya and delete it at any time. We may end your licence if you break these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the app.

8. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Dolya is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its answers suit any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app and in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Apple App Store

If you downloaded Dolya from the Apple App Store:

11. Google Play

If you downloaded Dolya from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google is not responsible for the app.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app.
